Export your Bill.Dock data

Right to data portability (GDPR Art. 20). We'll bundle everything Bill.Dock holds about your Notion integration into a single ZIP file.

What's included in your export
  • Connection metadata
    Workspace name, OAuth scopes, connection timeline
  • Import history
    Every receipt Bill.Dock imported, with timestamps and status
  • Audit log
    Every action taken on your account — settings changes, sign-ins, exports
  • Document references
    Links to your receipts in Bill.Dock plus extracted data (vendor, amount, date, VAT)
Format: machine-readable JSON + human-readable CSV. ZIP file delivered via email link, valid for 24 hours. Generation takes up to 1 hour.

Delete your Bill.Dock account

Right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17). We'll walk you through every step so you know exactly what happens.

What gets deleted

  • Your Notion connection and OAuth tokens
  • All imported receipts and extracted data in Bill.Dock
  • Your Bill.Dock account and all settings
  • Any billing data we no longer need to retain (subscription stays archived per tax law for 10 years, anonymized)
Your Notion data stays in Notion.

Bill.Dock only deletes data on Bill.Dock's servers. The Receipt Inbox page in your Notion workspace and any files you uploaded there remain yours. You can delete them in Notion separately.

Here's exactly what happens after you confirm

All steps complete within 24 hours. If anything fails, we email you and our team gets paged automatically.
